And just like that…
we have a teenager in the house. :) It’s funny how it seems like just yesterday I was figuring out diapers and how to get food into him, two blinks ago he rode a schoolbus for the first time, and in just a few years he’ll be (at least legally) an adult. I love my sons more than words could ever describe; the passing of years is a tad bittersweet at times, but I remain grateful for every minute with them. Even the minutes where they are actively trying to drive me insane, haha, just… later, once we’ve all calmed down. On some level I can’t wait to know them as adults, and I still miss cuddling them in my lap as little boys and reading to them.
